Lucas Lesmes - Junior to Senior Dominance
Lucas Lesmes joined JGM in 2023, and his progress has been nothing short of outstanding. After winning the IKC Junior Club Championship and the NSW State Cup in his first year with JGM, Lucas transitioned to senior racing, where he currently ranks in the top 3 of the Senior Championship. JGM’s coaching played a crucial role in his seamless transition and continued success, equipping him with the skills to compete at the highest level. Lucas’s journey shows how JGM fosters long-term development, helping drivers achieve success year after year.
Hamilton Rae - Record-Breaking Speed
Hamilton Rae joined JGM in 2024 and quickly made his mark by setting the IKC lap record—a feat that speaks volumes about the technical precision and mental strength developed through JGM’s coaching program. Hamilton’s natural talent was sharpened under our guidance, enabling him to push beyond his limits and set a new benchmark in lap times. His success showcases the transformative impact of JGM’s approach on even the most experienced drivers.
Luca Belardo - A Championship Breakthrough
Luca Belardo joined JGM in 2024 and immediately began making waves. With the help of our coaching program, Luca clinched the 2024 Victorian State Championship, dominated the 2024 AKC Championship standings, and achieved a career-best 5th place overall in the championship. He secured two front-row final starts, multiple heat wins, and podium finishes. Luca’s rapid rise demonstrates how JGM’s coaching can unlock a driver's full potential, turning promise into performance.
Will Marshall - From Missing Finals to Podium Finishes
Before re-joining JGM, Will Marshall faced the challenge of missing AKC finals, struggling to break through in a highly competitive field. After re-joining the JGM team, his performance drastically improved. With our coaching and guidance, Will was consistently making AKC finals and securing podium finishes at the club level.
