We are registered in Australia.. The name "Jess Golding Motorsport" will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

These terms and conditions govern the supply of all products and services by us to you, the user of those products and services, including your use of the website at www.jessgoldingmotorsport.com.au.  They are effective from 01 Jan 2024 and replace all earlier Jess Golding Motorsport terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.

PRICES, PAYMENT, & GST

Except where stated otherwise, all prices on www.jessgoldingmotorsport.com.au are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (“GST”).

  • Failure to pay (including reversal of credit card or other payments) may result in products and/or services being restricted until payment is received.

  • Your invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply us. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are up to date in your Company/ Personal Information.

  • Customers outside of Australia may not be liable to pay Australian GST. However, you may be liable to pay taxes in the country where you are located. This is entirely your responsibility.

  • You will not be considered to have made any payment until that payment has cleared through the banking system into our bank account. If any payment is reversed by your bank or credit card company, you will be charged an administrative fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY - DRIVER COACHING

At Jess Golding Motorsport, we understand that schedules can change. While we do not provide refunds for cancellations, we are happy to offer a rescheduling option. Please note that a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule your session. No-shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LICENCES

  • You agree that all intellectual property that forms part of the website, our products or any of our services remains the property of Jess Golding Motorsport and must not be copied or modified. You may not sell, license or provide any of these to anyone else without our written permission.

  • You acknowledge and agree that any suggestions you provide for improvement of our service shall become part of Jess Golding Motorsport’s intellectual property for the purpose of enhancing our service.

  • You may not use Jess Golding Motorsport’s trademarks unless express permission is provided in writing by Jess Golding Motorsport.
